I LOVE CULTURE CLASH AT THE GETTY VILLA!

Seeing these guys perform is to witness improv lighting coupled with scripted comedic brilliance!
Once again I am plugging a show in Los Angeles.

One of my favorite things to do in LA is to attend the annual Greek play at the GETTY VILLA.
This year they are presenting Aristophanes PEACE.  And it is being interpreted by the amazing trio know as CULTURE CLASH.  Culture Clash is Richard Montoya, Ric Salinas and Herbert Siguenza.  (Alright!  I have a man crush on Richard.  His eyes are two colors and I met him backstage at the Taper.  I ain't been right since momma!  LOL)
They have been working together for 25 years and to see them is to take a roller coaster ride on a comic journey through whatever material they are handed at the moment.  Such is the case with PEACE.

This production is not for kids.  It's baudy, raucous with plenty of phallus' made of balloons!

They are at the beautiful amphitheatre at the GETTY VILLA in Malibu just off PCH.
You can get your tickets through the GETTY website and seating is first come first serve.
Parking at the Getty Villa is free.  You can park there after 7PM.  Or there is a free shuttle from The Getty Center off the 405.  Just arrive by 6:15-6:30 to catch the shuttle.

This is a rare treat in Los Angeles and a one of a kind experience.
Arrive by 7:00PM and dine at the museum before the show.

Culture Clash will perform as part of UCLA LIVE at Royce Hall later this year to celebrate their 25th anniversary.  Next year they will create a new show for the Mark Taper Forum called Palestine, New Mexico.  Enjoy.
