I LOVE MARY POPPINS!

One of the first films I ever saw was Mary Poppins.
My parents took me to the drive-in and I remember loving all the special effects in this film.
Starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke, this film is a Disney classic.  And now the stage version is here at the Ahmanson Theater for a holiday run starting next Friday, November 13th through February 7th.  It has all the classic Sherman Brothers songs. New music and lyrics by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe.  Produced by Cameron Mackintosh with choreography by Matthew Bourne.
This production is set to open in Melbourne, Australia in July of 2010.  This brings Mary Poppins back to the home of the author P. L. Travers.  A seventy-five year journey from the original publishing of this beloved story.  This stage production has been incredibly successful and many more productions are planned for Europe and Asia in the coming years.  Come see while you can.

I dare you to not sing "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious."

So "Step In Time" and come support live theatre.  With a hot ticket it is cheaper than a movie at the Archlight!

See you in the lobby!
